How To Avoid The Stinky Odor Of Your Feet?

Fungi, poor footwear and synthetic socks can contribute to the unpleasant odor of the foot. It is important to discover the cause of stinking feet and work on its removal. It is not pleasant to know that you are the owner of this pair stinker.

To help you and restore a pleasant smell to your feet, here are some tips!

Remove the breeding ground for fungal growth
Most bacteria that cause odor is under nails and on callused areas of skin. Do not forget to wash your feet well and remove thick skin on the heels. Regularly cut and nail to have neat and fragrant feet.

After washing your feet, wipe the parts between your toes

It’s not enough just to wipe the bases and toss the socks. Dry your feet with a light towel and gently wipe the skin between your toes. So the remaining moisture will not be able to cause fungal infections.

Prepare tea for feet
Tannins in tea leaves eliminate bacteria and reduce sweating. Every day you can prepare tea for the feet as follows:

Put 3 teaspoons of tea in 1 l of warm water.
Add 2 l of cold water.
Soak your feet for about 30 minutes.

Use apple vinegar

Mix 0.5 l of vinegar with 200 ml of hot water. Soak a piece of gaze and cover your feet for 20 minutes. Wipe well and dry the skin.

Use essential oils

Lavender oil will be perfectly gentle and comfortable to the feet. Besides the pleasant smell, lavender also has an antibacterial effect.

Mix the feet with 4 drops of oil or make a bath for the feet by mixing 2 drops of oil with 3 liters of water. Soak your feet for 15 minutes and dry them well.

Wash your socks from the inverted sides

This way you will better cleanse skin cells and bacteria. Avoid synthetic socks because they do not allow the feet to breathe. Choose socks that have as much cotton as possible.

At home, take off your socks and walk barefoot

When you walk in your socks, they gather bacteria. With a little moisture, they begin to grow and multiply. You certainly want to avoid it.

Visit the doctor

If with stinky feet, appears itching and peeling skin, it’s time for a doctor’s visit. This may be a symptom of the disease and it is certainly good for the doctor to determine the cause of the symptoms.

Regularly ventilate your shoes

If your feet wet, it is also damp and footwear inside. If you cannot wash it in the washing machine, be sure to dry it regularly in the air.
